Susan Marshall
Paralegal
Susan has over three decades of experience in the land title insurance and settlement arena and serving as a paralegal where she supported a boutique law firm focusing on estate planning and settlements, and real property matters. She is a graduate of George Mason University with a BA in communications, concentrating on mid-century American Literature. Susan is a member of the Virginia Land Title Association, and was awarded 2024 Volunteer of the Year.
A native Washingtonian, Susan remains committed to her roots. She now votes in what was once her elementary school. Susan spends her free time with family in conservation of forested acreage in the Potomac Highlands, and of Edward Hopper’s Marshall’s House on Cape Cod.
