Nicole Reise
Firm Administrator

Nicole is responsible for operations, human resources, financial management, IT and marketing for Shannon & Wright.  She collaborates with the firm’s partners to provide strategic planning and manages staff to ensure efficient daily operations to better serve our clients.

Nicole is a graduate of James Madison University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce.

Nicole resides in Loudoun County, with her husband and two children, where she enjoys volunteering with various organizations in her community.
